This 20-piece Memory Match set is themed with 10 different shapes. Each set includes beautifully illustrated wooden pieces designed to help children recognize and match shapes, enhancing both their memory and cognitive skills.

How to Play Memory Match:

• Turn all the pieces over and take turns flipping them face up 2 at a time to find the matching pair.

• Find all the pairs to win!

Literacy Ideas:

• Who Am I Game: Lucky dip a piece from the bag and start describing the shape for someone to guess.

• Drawing & Writing: Draw the shape you pull from the bag. Write its name and a list of features to describe it.

• Sensory Tray: Hide half of the set in a sensory tray of rice or something dry. Find them one by one and match them to the paired disc.

Materials:

• Wooden Discs: FSC ethically farmed timber, 5cm wide and 3mm thin

• Wooden Tree Slices: FSC ethically farmed timber, approx 4-5cm wide and 5mm thin

• Wooden Blocks: Measuring 4cm wide and 1.1cm thick

Each set comes in a stamped and named calico drawstring bag. Timber grain will vary as each piece is unique.
